Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing, Dispatch and Delivery

1.1 All orders are subject to payment confirmation and product availability.

1.2 Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3 to 4 business days after payment has been received and cleared.

1.3 Swift Chem uses independent third-party courier and logistics service providers to deliver orders throughout the Republic of South Africa.

1.4 Delivery time frames provided by Swift Chem or its courier partners are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

1.5 While every reasonable effort will be made to ensure timely delivery, Swift Chem shall not be liable for any delays, loss, or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to courier delays, adverse weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, civil unrest, transport disruptions, or force majeure events.

 

2. Shipping Costs

2.1 Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address provided, as well as the weight, dimensions, and nature of the products ordered.

2.2 The applicable shipping fee will be displayed during the checkout process before you confirm and submit your order.

2.3 By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept the shipping costs displayed at checkout.

 

3. Risk of Loss and Damage

3.1 Ownership and risk in the goods shall pass to you upon delivery of the order to the delivery address specified in your order.

3.2 Upon receipt of your order, you must inspect the packaging and goods for any visible damage before signing the courier’s proof of delivery.

3.3 Any visible damage, shortages, or discrepancies must be reported to the courier immediately and notified to Swift Chem within 48 hours of delivery.

3.4 If you refuse delivery of goods that conform to your order and are free from defects, you may be held liable for any return shipping, handling, or re-delivery costs incurred.

 

4. Failed Delivery and Re-Delivery

4.1 It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information when placing an order.

4.2 If delivery cannot be completed because you are unavailable, the delivery address is incorrect, access to the premises is restricted, or delivery is otherwise unsuccessful due to circumstances attributable to you, the courier may leave a delivery notification or attempt to contact you.

4.3 Any additional charges arising from failed delivery attempts, storage fees, return-to-sender fees, or re-delivery arrangements will be for your account and may be payable before the goods are re-dispatched.

4.4 Swift Chem reserves the right to cancel an order and deduct any reasonable shipping, handling, and return costs from any refund due where delivery cannot be completed due to the customer’s actions or omiss
